Your personal data – how is it collected and used on this website?
Personal data is data that can be used to identify an individual. For example your name, email address, home address and even IP address. We only ever collect personal data with your explicit permission, and will never share it with third party marketers. We collect your personal data, with your explicit consent, under the following circumstances:
Contact form
When you use the contact form, naturally I require your name and email address in order to reply to you. When you click the submit button on the contact form, your message and contact details are sent to me via email and are stored in my email system.
Mailing List Subscription
If you choose to subscribe to my mailing list, the data you enter during the signup process will be sent to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which I use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to subscribers. You can read their privacy policy here:

Should you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, you can do so at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any of the email campaigns you have received from me. Your personal data will still be retained by Mailchimp, but only to prevent you from accidentally being re-subscribed without your consent.

Pinterest
Pinterest set a persistent cookie (p.g_pinterest_cm) to track the use of their services on this website.
Typekit
Typekit provide some of the webfonts used on this website. They use a tracking pixel (p.gif) to track the use of their services throughout the duration of your session on the website.
DYNSERV
This cookie is used by our web hosts to help them to balance load on their servers.

When you click “ok” on our cookie consent popup banner, a cookie called ‘cookiescriptaccept’ is set so that you will not be asked to reconfirm your acceptance for a period of time.
